European Solar Thermal Technology Panel
The European Solar Thermal Technology Platform (ESTTP) was launched by ESTIF, now Solar Heat Europe, in 2005, at the 2nd European Solar Thermal Energy Conference (estec2005) and became part of the RHC-ETIP, after its establishment. The European Technology and Innovation Platform on Renewable Heating & Cooling (RHC-ETIP) brings together stakeholders from different renewable heating and cooling technologies from the solar thermal, biomass, geothermal and heat pump sectors – including the related industries such as district heating and cooling, thermal energy storage, and hybrid systems – to define a common strategy for increasing the use of renewable energy technologies for heating and cooling. LabelPack A+
LabelPack A+ is coordinated by Solar Heat Europe and runs under H2020. The purpose of the project is to inform individuals about Energy Labelling with focus on the package label for highly efficient combinations of conventional and renewable heating systems. It aims at supporting professionals in the heating market to better approach their responsibilities within this legal framework and help the end-consumer to get the most out of the energy labelling and to make more efficient choices. FROnT: Fair RHC Options and Trade
The purpose of FROnT initiative was to promote a level playing field for Renewable Energy Sources - Heating and Cooling (RES-H&C) in Europe, and develop strategies for its greater deployment.
