Dispatching right and recognized role: representatives of small renewable energy plants advance their requests with the Small is Beautuful campaign

With the approach of the next trilogue on the regulation of the electricity market, 17 European associations have come together thanks to the Small is Beautiful campaign to push European policymakers to reopen the debate on the priority of dispatching and the role of small renewable installations in the electricity market .

The 17 associations , including Wind Europe, Solar Heat Europe, EUREC and EHPA, have signed a letter addressed to European administrators in view of the next trialogue – meeting part of the EU legislative procedure involving representatives of Parliament, Council and Commission – who will review the European directive and regulation on the electricity market .
