Solar Heat Europe and the Association of the European Heating Industry (EHI) are co-organising an event in the European Parliament, hosted by MEP Maniatis, to present their upcoming joint paper and to highlight clean technologies made in Europe, with a particular focus on Solar Thermal.

– Introduction and welcome by MEP Maniatis. ​

– The links between Energy Security and the Clean Industrial Deal, by Ms Stella Kaltsouni, Cabinet of Commissioner Jørgensen.​

– Overview of the solar heat sector/market & presentation of the Joint technology paper by Federica Sabbati (Secretary General EHI) & Valérie Séjourné (Managing Director SHE).​

– Presentations from manufacturers: ​

1) Christos Travasaros, Solar Heat Europe Board Directors and Representative of the Greek Solar Thermal Industry Association; ​

2) Martin Mense, International Product Manager, Bosch Solarthermie GmbH​

– Panel discussion including all above speakers, moderated by Simone Alessandri, Head of Government Relations at BDR Thermea Group.​

– Conclusion by MEP Maniatis and Guglielmo Cioni, President of Solar Heat Europe. ​​
