The climate and energy crises can only be solved through decisive and responsible action by decision-makers at the European and national levels. As such, solar heat must be part of energy security and transition plans, recognising its paramount relevance as a reliable, EU-made, quick-to-deploy technology generating direct renewable heat for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Solar Heat Europe strives for the growth of solar heat solutions in Europe by advocating for better regulation and encouraging policymakers to shape a fair context for heating and cooling solutions. We do that with and on behalf of the solar heating & cooling sector.

The current energy debate is intense and the energy panorama for 2030 and 2050 is being shaped right now. In order to have a stronger voice at EU, national, and local levels, we call on all actors of the solar thermal sector to join efforts by becoming members of Solar Heat Europe.
