Every year, the European Commission organises the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) – the biggest event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe.
We are happy to announce that Solar Heat Europe will participate in the 14th edition of EUSEW, that takes place between the 17th and 21st of June 2019.
The highlight of the EU Sustainable Energy Week is the annual Policy Conference. It features leading figures and a diverse programme of sessions and side events aimed at discussing and shaping Europe’s energy future. Last year, the policy conference welcomed over 2 500 participants and hosted 64 sessions.
This year, Solar Heat Europe will participate as part of the DecarbHeat initiative, a group of associations that work together to achieve carbon-neutral heating systems in Europe. DecarbHeat’s session will focus on residential installations, with the title “The green revolution starts at home”. The exact date and time of our session will follow.
The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and FEDARENE (European Federation of Agencies and Regions for Energy and Environment) have also been selected to co-host this session.
