The fourth quarter of 2016 and the whole of 2016 in the heating and plumbing industry in Poland can be considered successful, although in the first half of the year it was difficult to be optimistic. Particularly good results were recorded at the end of last year.

The very good performance of the industry in the fourth quarter of 2016 should be seen through the good results of housing construction in the last year, despite the decline in the investment and commercial construction segment. In 2016, both the number of flats completed and the projects for which permits have been issued, as well as the flats that have already started, have been higher than in the previous year.
