The European Union has for years been financing a number of international projects that can significantly facilitate the implementation of RES in the everyday life of local communities. Unfortunately, the knowledge of these projects is still not widespread. That is why it is often the case that the problem is the subject of independent work, while it would be sufficient to take advantage of existing tools and arguments.
