It has been confirmed that the fourth quarter of 2016 as well as the entire 2016 year in the heating and plumbing industry was generally good. According to the assessments of practically all of the opinions that came to us about the development of this market, there have been some ups and downs, sometimes as high as usual, but overall optimism prevailed. The very good performance of the industry in the fourth quarter of 2016 should, however, be seen through the trend of good housing performance in the last year, despite decreases in the investment and commercial construction segment.

There was  also a great deal of uncertainty in investing, which was linked to worse credit availability. For the  first three quarters of 2016, the importance of moods in the market was also significantly reduced or even stopped with investment and public tenders. The reason was the lack of  amendments to the public procurement law in September and the fear of officials making decisions.
